Changeways Clinic is a psychologist-led counseling and psychotherapy service in Vancouver Canada. We offer individualized sessions for adults wishing to address a wide variety of life concerns, including depression, anxiety, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, parenting, sexuality & gender issues, and difficulties associated with major life changes - including transitions, bereavement, immigration, and coping with pain and health issues. We also offer coaching for enhanced life satisfaction.
We offer cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and related approaches, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and prolonged exposure (PE) for trauma-related issues. Each is tailored to the individual.

We are also a training site for Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia, and at times offer services provided by a doctoral-level student working under the supervision of a registered psychologist.
