Want to register for a Changeways workshop?

Determine whether you are eligible to attend. For professional workshops you must be a member of a regulated health profession or an upper-year student training in such a profession. Most of those who attend our workshops are psychologists, physicians, registered nurses, registered psychiatric nurses, social workers, registered clinical counselors, or occupational therapists. If you are unclear whether your training qualifies, contact us to check it out.

Check our calendar for the times, dates, and locations of the workshop you wish to attend, and print the workshop registration form provided.

Complete the form and get it to us with payment. If you are paying by credit card, you can simply fax the form to us at 604 871 0495, or you can send it by mail. If paying by cheque, mail your form to Changeways Clinic, Suite 509, 2525 Willow Street, Vancouver BC, V5Z 3N8.

If workshop cutoff dates are approaching or if the workshop appears to be filling fast, call us at 604 871 0490 to reserve a space or to see if there is room.
