Changeways Clinic has developed Being There, a widely used group therapy program, and The Assertiveness Workbook, a self-help guide to the topic.

  • Being There: A Changeways Guide to Assertiveness Skills. The client manual for the Being There program (128 pages).
  • Being There: Clinician's Guide. A 251 page manual of teaching technique and adjunct forms and information.
  • Being There CD-ROM. A disk with Adobe Acrobat pdf master versions of the client manual, clinician's quick reference notes, exercise sheets, and related forms.
